Biopharm Match can act as an experienced extension of your clinical department, helping quickly and cost-effectively identify a CRO/CSO to meet your needs.
We have two programs to help sponsors identify and qualify the right service partner:
Hourly rate: Like many other service providers in the industry we operate on an hourly rate. This allows sponsors with easy searches to benefit financially as many times we can identify a short list of leading service providers to meet their exact needs.
Other searches may be more difficult, requiring extensive RFI documents, feasibility searches, RFP documents, and of course, e-mail communications. In our years of experience helping biopharm companies engage the right CRO, we have found that more extensive searches require approximately 40 - 100 hours of research and communication to insure everything is in place for a successful trial.
Our hourly rate is a reasonable $160.00 per hour, making the typical sponsor investment of $3,000 to $15,000 to find the right CRO for your needs.
Volume Discounts: A few biopharm companies with an active pipeline and a small clinical staff have asked us to quote on multiple projects over a period of time. If you have similar requirements, you may want to consider purchasing blocks of time to be used as your schedule permits. Although we will work with you on a case-by-case basis, our general rates* are as follows:
100 hour commitment: $145 per hour
200 hour commitment: $135 per hour
300 hour commitment: $125 per hour
* blocks of time are pre-paid and have no expiry date
Retained Search: Like a retained executive search service, engaging with BPM on a retained basis guarantees that we will not stop until the job is done and the service provider has signed a contract with the sponsor. This service is designed for more extensive searches involving multiple CROs in multiple countries, RFIs, RFPs, central labs, regulatory consultants, etc. Some restrictions apply.
The price for our guaranteed retained search program is $30,000, paid in the following milestones:
1/3 paid upon execution of contract
1/3 paid upon presentation of our list of recommended service providers
1/3 paid upon execution of agreements with service providers.
